"Best deal in Colorado! One guest thought it was a $30,000 venue when, in reality, it was a fraction of that price. One of the only venues that gives you the freedom to use your own vendors. The owners were very responsive with any questions. Our wedding was at the end of August and the weather was perfect. Having access to the entire venue from Thursday to Sunday allowed for plenty of time for setup. Some of the things included are a huge house, honeymoon hut, tables/chairs, an indoor reception area with a kitchen/bar and a bunch of decorations. Everyone had a great time!"

Our Price includes:

• 3-night stay at the Bar 7 Ranch House (7 double beds, 3 single beds)

• 3-night stay at the Bar 7 Bunk House (aka "The Honeymoon Hut" - one double bed)

• 3-night stay - 2 full hook-up RV spaces (no more than 4 people per site) 

• Access to Bath House (two additional sinks, toilets and showers)

• Specially designated parking areas 

• Outdoor Ceremony Site with arbor and chairs (Renter set up/take down)

• Use of Bar 7 Reception Hall (30 x 90 feet) - (Renter set up/take down)

• Kitchenette with built in bar/pass-through -  includes commercial sink, commercial refrigerator, small chest freezer, and countertop space
